PACKING + DELIVERY

We dispatch all orders (unless otherwise stated) within 3 working days of receiving payment confirmation (when ordering online and making payment by credit card we receive payment confirmation automatically as soon as you've paid).

As soon as your order is booked with our courier, an e-mail notification will be sent to you with tracking details. Once despatched by courier, please allow 1-4 working days for your order to reach you. 

We will deliver throughout South Africa - kindly note that delivery to main city centers will be faster than those in outlying areas.

Products on our site are subject to availability and delays may sometimes occur that are outside of our control (eg: industrial action, public holidays) and consequently any dates specified for delivery are therefore approximate only.

During the COVID-19, our courier company will still deliver and offer a contact free delivery:

Please clearly indicate to the courier representative at time of the delivery, that you want no contact: the driver then places the parcel & waybill at your door and steps back 2 meters, allowing you to sign the waybill in full with your own pen and you take your delivery inside and close the door with the signed waybill outside which the driver will retrieve.   

We would further suggest that you leave the parcel for 24 to 48 hours in a safe area prior to handling, or to handle the parcel with gloves or other safety precautions. 

WHAT IS THE COST OF DELIVERY?

Domestic Shipping (Gauteng) is R100 (up to 5kg) and R145 (up to 10kg) and thereafter R175 .

National Shipping (All Other Provinces) is R115 (up to 2.5kg) and thereafter R175.

If your order total is R700 or more (excluding delivery) we are happy to offer you free delivery in South Africa (subject to) - delivery to Gauteng or a Main Centre the free delivery option will be available via courier service but if delivery is outside of Main Centres the free delivery option may only be available via the Post Office.

PAYMENT OPTIONS:

Due to the online nature, we accept Credit/Debit cards through Payfast. We have now made an EFT option available, however, if payment is not received within 5 working days, order will be cancelled.

HOW DOES YOUR STOCK SYSTEM WORK?

For most items, our website is up to date and allows you to order as many units as you like. If there is a product in your order that we cannot send immediately we will contact you within 24-48 hours of you placing your order to notify you and to give you options e.g. swop for another similar product or wait or refund.

If you need your order urgently e.g. if you are leaving on holiday or have ordered as a gift, please contact us to double check before ordering so that we can confirm stock and delivery schedule. We will get back to you very quickly so it should not delay you placing your order.

RETURN & REFUND POLICY:

All orders are final. Due to the personal nature of our products, no returns or refunds can be accepted once an order has been shipped. We of course hope you love your products so please contact us if you are not completely satisfied so that we can do our best to make it right.

If a product is received damaged please notify us within 24 hours so we can resolve the issue.

CANCELLATIONS

While we are disappointed when it happens, we understand that sometimes you need to change your mind and cancel an order. Cancellations are only accepted before the order has been shipped. No cancellations will be accepted on orders which have been sent via our couriers.
