Commitment to Service: We pride ourselves on exceptional customer care and prompt service. All orders are dispatched within 1-2 working days upon payment confirmation, unless stated otherwise. Payments made via PayFast are confirmed instantly.
Courier Details: Once your order is booked with our courier, you’ll receive an email notification with tracking details. Expect delivery within 1-4 working days, depending on your location—main cities receive faster deliveries compared to outlying areas. We deliver throughout South Africa using The Courier Guy and Bob Go, with all deliveries conducted under their terms and conditions.
Free Local Delivery: Orders of R500 or more qualify for free local delivery. Use the discount code Country LifeStyle Delivery at checkout. Your postal code determines eligibility. Upon confirmation that your order is ready for collection from LifeStyle Pharmacy at the Pep Centre in Magaliesburg, you must collect it within 48 hours. Orders not collected within 3 working days will be returned, and courier service must then be arranged.
Embassy Deliveries: Unfortunately, free delivery is not available for embassies. Deliveries to embassies incur a courier surcharge of R550 per the courier’s terms. This will be billed separately after your order is placed, with an additional invoice sent before booking the courier.
Availability: All products are subject to availability, and delivery timelines may occasionally be impacted by external factors (e.g., industrial action or public holidays). As such, delivery dates are approximate.
