Refund policy

Return Window

We accept returns within 7 days of delivery. To be eligible, items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging, with proof of purchase. For hygiene reasons, opened soaps, creams, and other personal care items cannot be returned.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery and notify us immediately if any item is damaged or incorrect. Reports must be made within 24 hours of receipt. When notified within this timeframe, we will gladly replace the item at no cost.

Return Shipping Costs

For damaged or incorrect items, we cover the return shipping. For other eligible returns, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Exclusions

Custom products (such as special orders or personalized items) or personal care goods, are non‑returnable. Sale items and gift cards cannot be returned.

Exchanges

The fastest way to get the item you want is to return the original (if eligible) and place a new order once the return is accepted.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of approval. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method. Please allow time for your bank or card provider to complete the transaction.

How to Start a Return

To initiate a return, contact us at wrigglytinfarm@gmail.com or hello@wrigglytinfarm.co.za. If your return is accepted, we’ll provide a shipping label and instructions. Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.
